Make New Friends, But Keep The Old..

Here are just some recent pictures of Crew and of all our amazing new friends we have made out here in Colorado. We have so much fun with all of these cute couples. It is crazy how you really can find friends anywhere you go. It is so nice having all of these girls close to me because anytime I need a babysitter, they are all right there...they all are in LOVE with Crew. He is constantly being held by one of the girls so the minute I take him and set him down he doesn't know what to do with himself. He loves it, but now I have to be constantly holding him. I guess I will just enjoy it while I can because before I know it he won't want anything to do with me.

Memorial Weekend Fun...

At Folsom Lake with my Family. We had such a fun time being home in Granite Bay for the weekend. It was nice spending time with my brother and sister in law and their kids.Mimi & Papa with all of their grandkids but one...Max! We wished the Bollards could have made it up.

While we were in Granite Bay we celebrated my 22nd Birthday. What a perfect day it was...shopping, being with my family, eating at La Placita, BBQing, and boating on Folsom Lake. All of my favorite things on my special day! The best B-day ever! Missing only one of my favorite things, my hubby. I wish he could have come!

We had so much fun being home for this week. It just flew by. All of the cousins loved being together and had so much fun swimming all day every day. I wish we all lived closer so we could be together a lot more often.

I am so excited for American Idol tonight! I am dying for it to start. I really think Blake deserves to win but Jordan is also amazing. I think this season is a really tough call because they both have been phenomenol singers. But if I had to choose one I would choose BLAKE! He is such a fun performer and can keep you entertained with his beat boxing. So for all of you American Idol fans..Good luck to you and your choice tonight! P.S. I voted over 40 times for Blake last night...(Woah, I am turning into a Blaker Girl) no i promise, I am NOT obsessed! Good luck to you Blake! I wish you the best!

Happy Birthday Mom!

Today we celebrated my Mom's 30th B-day! (We'll pretend that's her real age) We had such a fun day...getting pedicures, eating lunch at Island's, and my moms favorite..planting flowers. I am so glad I got to spend this special day with her and my sister-in-law Kelly. What a fun day we had! We are still not done celebrating birthdays because my sister Lisa's is on the 25th and then mine on the 26th. So on Friday or Saturday night we are going to be celebrating all of ours since most of our family will be in town. It is going to be so fun! I am so excited to see everyone!

This is Crew's first time eating Rice Cereal. It was so funny watching him try to figure out what to do with what his mom was stuffing in his mouth. I think he liked it because he ate a whole little bowl full. My little Crew is getting so big...it is CrAzY! No one told me they would grow up this fast!

Happy Mother's Day!

We are so thankful for our wonderful mothers and all that they have and still do for our family. We would be lost without you. Thanks for everything. We love you.

On this special Mother's Day we were also fortunate to talk with Elder Dannels over the phone. He is currently serving in the Vera Cruz, Mexico mission. He is doing an amazing job and Wyatt says his Spanish is really good.

Crew and I have so much fun spending all day, everyday together. Just lately Crew has become so much more alive. He will follow me around the whole room and laugh when I look at him... then do all of his "goo goo gaa gaa" talk. It is the cutest!

I am so Proud!

Today was Wyatt's first day out here in Denver on the doors selling. He had a day full of success! He came home and I asked him how many sells he had, and with a smerk on his face he set his binder down on the counter and said, "I don't know, why don't you take a look." So I opened up the binder to find out he had a total of 4 sales. I am so proud of my husband and really appreciate all of his dedicated hard work. I know this summer will be really long and rough on him but I know it will all pay off in the end.

Wyatt and I took Crew to the Pool today (yes, it's heated) and he loves the Water. He was smiling and laughing the whole time and kicking his legs all over the place. I am so happy that he isn't afraid of the water because we will be spending some quality time at the pool this summer.

Our lives have changed quite a bit this last month. We just moved to Denver, Colorado for the summer. Wyatt is working for Apex Alarms selling Security systems. We rented a 5 x 8 U-HAUL trailer for the move...it is sad to think that we can fit our whole lives in that small of a space. It took us 14 hours to drive here from Arizona and Crew was an Angel the whole drive. We didn't get in until 3 in the morning and woke up to a beautiful snow storm. We were not prepared for this at all and after our day in the snow Wyatt was second guessing his decision for going to Podiatry School in Ohio.

BeachHouse Getaway!!!

Wyatt and I had a trip to Puerto Rico planned for this weekend but our plans changed and we decided to head over to California to my parents BeachHouse with our friends! We invited Jamie, Marcus and Lyza Yetter, and also Brooke and Riley Nelson. We had such a fun time hanging out on Balboa Island, going to my personal favorite..the OC Swap Meet and going to the Beach. Crew had so much fun riding in the little bike trailer that was pulled by his dad while Brooke and I enjoyed riding our "tandem" bike. I was in front so i did all the steering and almost made us crash a few times...I never thought it was that hard riding a tandem bike. It was also so fun seeing some of my family. It was so cute to see Jane with Crew. She loves helping me out with him. She calls him "Trew Bug" and we have no idea where she heard this. It is the cutest!
