Girls Weekend

Thanks to Lindsay for a fabulous girls weekend in Newport. We had such a great time talking, eating and shopping with out all of our kiddos. We started the night off at Cafe Rio, then to the Spectrum for some goofing around and then talking back at the house until 5am! The next morning we walked to PCH, grabbed some breakfast and got pedicures. We then went on a walk along the beach where there was some more goofing around. For the evening we decided to head back up to LA for dinner at Apple Pan for some yummy burgers. Thank you Wyatt (& Mimi & Papa) for watching the boys. Girls weekends are a must! And thanks to all you girls...I had so much fun with everyone of you!

J.T.D.

I love nights like tonight. My house is quiet. Children tucked in their beds. American Idol is over. (no TV on). Some people are afraid of the dark but I love it. There is something about being alone that makes me crave the night. I don’t have to think about exams, cavities or teeth. Tonight I have stayed up past my bedtime and Jenny is sound asleep. I wanted to post something on the blog because I never write on here. (inspired by Josh) I wanted to let Jenny know how much I love her. She really is my rock, my best friend and I cannot imagine my life without her. I love how she loves and cares for our children. She possesses that special love that only a mother can have. Crew adores his mother (usually chooses to go with her over me) and Hudson just can’t seem to get enough of her. She is kind, gentle, loving and absolutely STUNNING. She is the only girl that can make my heart stop and start simultaneously.

I could tell you you're my life.

I could tell you I love you.

But I won't because I don't think that would be enough.

Telling you how much I love you will not suffice

I want to show you.

You are the reason I live,

The reason why my heart keeps beating

Without you my life would be over

Goodbye, So Long, Farewell my Friend...

My friend Brooke is moving so I threw her a little "goodbye" party at my house. Crew is in love with her daughter, Sydney, and is going to miss her so much. Can you tell they love each other by these adorable pictures? We will miss you Brooke. Thank you for always being so sweet. We hope you come and visit us often! Good luck with everything!

An Evening at the Beach

Little Max and Crew like to race everywhere they go. They are the best of buds.

Papa and cute little Taters.

All of the cousins love racing down hills. If Crew or Max don't win the race they end up tears. We need to work on losing...

Hudson is obsessed with all the older boys..

The Bollard Fam...so cute!

My very first nephew Cole...he is now taller than me!

Almost all the cousins. We were missing: Kendal, Paige, Lucy and Lyla.

All of the boy cousins on the Thompson side

All the kids thought it would be fun to take pics of them jumping off the lifeguard tower

Happy New Year!

The kids watching the beautiful parade

Max and Crew had to get the Batman Popsicle for a treat.

This was the cutest float. They had bulldogs skateboarding down this ramp.

All the girls and the kids enjoying the parade.

Me and the boys. Wyatt, my Dad, Joe, Rick and Cole were on a bike ride.

Hudson loves Carsyn Rae.

Since we now live in Pasadena we thought we had to experience the Rose Parade. My brother and his family drove down from Sacramento, my sister and her family came up from Irvine and my Mom and dad drove up from Dana Point. They all spent the night on New Years Eve so we made a yummy dinner, played games and drove down Colorado Street to check out all of the people camping out for a front row spot to see the parade. As we were driving down Colorado we heard something hit our car. We were all freaking out at this point...we had NO IDEA people chuck tortillas, marshmallows and whip cream at your car. So we got out of there as fast as we could...and just decided to walk around to check things out. Crew still remembers this night and says this every time we drive close to Colorado St. "Daddy, remember those guys throwing marshmallows at our car? If they do it again you and I will get out and fight them." Crew is hilarious!

An Arizona Christmas

Santa brought Crew an Imaginext Jungle...he was thrilled!

Hudson loved his Santa present too!

Wyatt's mom gets really creative with presents. I thought this was too cute!

Crew was so excited about all of his new toys. He kept saying, "I Love you guys!"

Out of all Hudson's presents, all the balls were his favorite.

Graham and Hudson being silly..

Crew wasn't too thrilled about playing dress up with Bristol.

All the Dannels...

All of the Dannels grandkids...

Best Buds. Weston and Crew.

If you tell Hudson to squint his eyes this is what he does: BEFORE:

AFTER: he is such a goof ball!
