Girl Time

The day after I got home from New York I took my little Navy bean to get a manicure and pedicure with me. Navy was so still the whole time and was loving being pampered. I see many more of these mommy + Navy dates in the future. I love having this little gem of a best friend. XOXO

Navy Beans

"Mom, me try on your bracelets?"

Me..."Navy...did you put the boys hair product in your hair?" Navy..."I just doing my hair, ok?"

She loves riding her scooter to the park and asks to play at the park daily.

I guess my time limit at Target was up...
Navy is 28 months old and is ALL girl! She loves to shop, put makeup on, do her hair and change her clothes a million times a day. She is quite the Princess of our family so if she doesn't get her way she throws an absolute fit! Navy is my best little friend and I love spending each and every day with her. She seriously brightens up my day! She can say anything and everything and will talk your ear off. Love this little Sassy Frass!

Navy's first haircut

Lacey cut Navy's hair for the first time today. She was in desperate need of a trim. She absolutely loved getting it cut and styled even though she was super serious during the whole thing. She knows asks me all the time if she can get her hair cut again. Thanks again Lacey!!

Ms. Navy

Vera is Navy's baby...at least she thinks so.

QT run after being good at the gym

Navy is obsessed with her big brothers. Especially Crew right now. Piggy Back rides are a daily request from Navy.

my little eater. she will eat about anything and everything. Eating a Reuben sandwich

I dared Wyatt to go into the Disney store with Navy and to not come out with out buying her something. FAILED!!!

Navy's new boyfriend, Brady. These two love each other...it might be the cutest thing ever!

this girl! I can't get enough of her!!!
Navy Bean, Navy Naves, Old Navy, Sissy, Sassy Frass, Naves, Beans. This little girl stole all of our hearts. She honestly adds so much spunk into our family and we love it!
Navy is now 20 months old and weighs about 27 lbs.
She is getting more and more independent and talking so much lately. Today we were driving and she saw a school bus and said, "CREW!" I seriously died. She's already starting to semi potty train herself to. She's a smart one. Right when she wakes up she points down the stairs and says, "eat". She loves taking baths with her brothers and drying off with her bunny towel and then hops around the house like a bunny rabbit saying, "hop, hop, hop." Some of her favorite things to say are, d-ink (drink), sorry, plea-ase, swim, pool, park, walk, ME, one,  binky, blankie, minnie, baby, gentle, dadda, mimi, mommy, and almost all her cousins name and how could I forget her first word and favorite person...Sachia.
Navy is obsessed with anything Minnie Mouse and anything super girly....dolls, makeup, jewelry, etc.
We love this little girl with all our hearts and couldn't imagine life without her. I find myself cracking up at least once a day at this silly girl and all the silly faces she makes. I love you Navy bean. You truly make our family happy.

A scare with our baby girl

poor navy just got her blood drawn at our following appt for her ear infections which ended up sending us to the hospital for a CT scan...

just a little versed to calm her from our neighbor who happens to be the chief Anesthesiologist at Kaiser Sunset

a little loopy before her CT
After her CT scan we were transferred into the ER where the Ear, Nose and Throat surgeon would come and explain what exactly was going on and what needed to happen next....once he came he informed us that Navy had two abscesses. One just below her left ear and one in her throat partially blocking her airway. When I heard this I was scared to death! What if we never found this out? What could have happened to my baby? We quickly decided that surgery was our best option so not too long after the surgeon left they were wheeling Navy and I down to the OR. Everything was happening so fast to my little girl.
On our way to the OR

one last goodbye before my babies surgery
 After Surgery:
About an hour and a half after I told Navy bye, they called me back into the recovery room and this is how i saw my little angel. I was so thankful everything went well. Once she heard my voice, she popped right up and wanted to be held by her mama.

so sad for navy

we had to stay the night in the hospital and the morning when Navy woke up she was so swollen from all the anesthesia

my swollen little girl

Daddy & Hudson came to visit us that next morning. Navy was so happy to see her dadda.

I asked the nurses if Navy could get unhooked from all the cords for a little bit so she could walk around. She was in heaven!

Poor girl hadn't eaten for 24 hours. So this was heaven to her!!

loves from her brother
Navy is doing really well now but her abscess on her neck I continue to worry about. The last few days its looking more swollen and red. We have a follow up appointment with the ENT on Tuesday so I should have more answers then. Thank you everyone for your kind words, meals and being so willing to help our little family out. All of my family and friends amaze me more and more each day.
