Easter Dress....a week late!

Since we were out of town on actual Easter Sunday, we all wore our Easter outfits a week late. 

I feel so lucky to call these three kiddos mine. They are perfect to me in every way. The love they have for one another is so great and I appreciate the examples each of them are to me. 

I am so blessed to know that our Heavenly Father knows and loves each and every one of us. Our Savior died for our sins so that we may live. I'm grateful for the knowledge of the gospel and the happiness it brings.

The Jensen's invited us up to their family cabin over Easter Weekend. On the way up we stopped in Christopher Creek and ate lunch at a cute little restaurant right on the creek. We then stopped by the Jensen's lot where they are building their own cabin. It's going to be gorgeous!! 

A few hours later we made it up to Show Low, AZ where the cabin was. The kids immediately got on all the quads and rode around the track about a million times. They loved it! 

This was my first time up to Show Low and it was gorgeous and so mild in temperature. It didn't feel like we were in Arizona at all. It was so nice for a change of scenery. 

We had fun lounging around, playing games and watching tv while the kids played and rode quads. 

We even dyed Easter eggs and had the kids do an Easter craft the day before Easter. 

Easter morning I made Raspberry Custard French Toast and the kids had fun playing with their Easter basket goodies. Then it was the Easter egg hunt and then time to pack up, clean up and head home.

Wyatt had a job interview on Monday April 1, so we decided to leave the Thursday before to spend Easter in Arizona with his family. We got to catch up with friends and family, and of course eat at our favorite places in AZ.

For the second half of Wyatt's spring break we spent it down in Dana Point at my parent's BeachHouse. Every year the park across the street from their home does a huge Easter egg hunt. So we woke up Saturday morning and watch them get everything set up. They have a petting zoo, face painting, potato sack races and the best egg hunt ever. (King size candy bars) On Easter we went over to the Fergie's house for a yummy dinner and another egg hunt with the cousins.
